Len Krisak won the Richard Wilbur Prize for his first collection, Even As We Speak (University of Evansville Press, 2000). He is the recipient of numerous other awards, including the Robert Frost Prize for 2000 and the Robert Penn Warren Award for 1998. His work has appeared in a number of anthologies, including the Oxford University Press volume Gods and Mortals: Poems on Classical Mythology and in such journals as Commonweal, Agenda, the Formalist, Pivot, Rattapallax, the Tennessee Review, Cumberland Poetry Review, and The Hudson Review.
