Kim Addonizio has written four books of poetry, most recently What Is This Thing Called Love (W.W. Norton & Company, 2004), and two novels, Little Beauties (Simon & Schuster, 2006) and My Dreams Out in the Street (Simon & Schuster, 2007). She has been a National Book Award finalist and has received National Endowment for the Arts and Guggenheim fellowships, as well as a Pushcart Prize. She lives and teaches in Oakland, Calif.
