Robert Thomas' first book, Door to Door, was selected by Yusef Komunyakaa as the winner of the 2001 Poets Out Loud Prize and published by Fordham University Press in 2002. His poems have appeared in FIELD, The Iowa Review, New England Review, The North American Review, The Southern Review and numerous other journals. He is a native to the San Francisco Bay Area.
