She has written one manuscript of poetry, Cleave, and is at work on another, tentatively titled Dead Metaphor, from which this poem is taken. She has work published or forthcoming in Hayden's Ferry Review, Mid-American Review, Sundog: The Southeast Review, and The Greensboro Review.
