Her poems have been set to music by Linda Kachelmeier, Jennifer Higdon, Frank Horvath, Libby Larsen, and several other composers. Her poems have appeared in Southern Humanities Review, Colorado Review, Ecotone, North American Review and elsewhere. She teaches at the University of Minnesota Morris.
