Susan Austin received a James Michener Fellowship from the University of Texas at Austin. Her poetry most recently appeared in BOAAT, High Desert Journal, and Blood, Water, Wind and Stone: An Anthology of Wyoming Writers (Sastrugi Press, 2016). She lives in the foothills of the Teton Mountains.
