Leah Umansky is the author of The Barbarous Century (Eyewear), among other books and chapbooks. She earned her MFA in Poetry at Sarah Lawrence College and is the curator and host of The COUPLET Reading Series in New York City. Her poems appear in Guernica, The New York Times, Poetry, Poetry Northwest, Salamander, and Thrush Poetry journal.
