Alison Stine is the author of five books of poetry and fiction, including Ohio Violence (University of North Texas Press, 2009), and The Protectors (Little A, 2016). Her work has appeared in Poetry, The Atlantic, Kenyon Review, and others. She lives in Appalachia with her son.
