Elizabeth Poliner is the author of Mutual Life & Casualty, a collection of linked stories. Her stories and poems have been published widely in literary magazines, including The Kenyon Review, The Southern Review, Prairie Schooner, and other journals. She teaches in the Jackson Center for Creative Writing at Hollins University.
