He is Associate Professor at Ramapo College of NJ and has been awarded fellowships from NEA, Bread Loaf, Sewanee, Frost Place and was a Steinhardt Visiting Writer at Rutgers-Newark MFA program. He lives in Nyack, NY and Seattle, WA.
