Pattiann Rogers has published thirteen books, including her upcoming Wayfare (Penguin, 2008), in which the two poems in this issue appear. Her poetry has received several awards, including a 2005 Literary Award from the Lannan Foundation and five Pushcart Prizes. Her papers are archived in the Sowell Collection at Texas Tech University.
