I will not be scared, it said,
take of me, take of me—begin:
And like a tree. And like a tree
its arms outspread. That the bird fly up to it.
And like the peeling bark. The twigs.
The leaves in the nest—
That something come: that something come
and take my body: that what pass through it
can become—
