Stuart Bartow lives in Salem, New York, and teaches writing and literature at Adirondack Community College. His most recent collection of poetry, Whelk, was published by Pygmy Forest Press. His chapbook The Perseids was a winner of the Palanquin Press Chapbook Prize of the University of South Carolina, Aiken He is presently at work on a book about fly fishing, and a chair of the Battenkill Conservancy, a not-for-profit environmental organization.
