Matthew Rohrer grew up in Oklahoma. He is the author of A Hummock in the Malookas (selected by Mary Oliver for the National Poetry Series), Satellite, and A Green Light (shortlisted for the Griffin Prize), as well as collaborations with Joshua Beckman and Anthony McCann. He lives in Brooklyn, New York.
