Maggie Nelson is the author of Jane: A Murder (2005), The Latest Winter (2003), and Shiner (2001). A new collection of poems, Something Bright, Then Holes, is forthcoming. She has taught writing and literature at Wesleyan University, the Graduate Writing Program of the New School, and Pratt Institute of Art. Recently she joined the faculty of the School of Critical Studies at CalArts.
