Barbara Hamby's third book is Babel (2004: University of Pittsburg Press). She has poems recently in The Paris Review, The Yale Review, Pool, Runes, and Ploughshares and stories in The Southwest Review and Chelsea. She teaches in the Creative Writing department at Florida State University.
